Retrieving certificate and registration code

Hi there.

I tried to post this via your support form, but my "trial" expired well over two years ago, when I purchased Directory Opus.

My hard drive failed, taking with it my email folder containing my certificate and registration code. I have reinstalled my operating system, and need to certify my installation of Directory Opus.

What information do I need to provide to you to identify myself so that you may cross-reference your records and find my existing account with you?

Thank you for your help.

I think, you should contact GPSoftware at the official support site and provide them with the full name and email address used to register your license.

Yes, but unfortunately, the Technical Support Request form does not work if your trial has expired. I trialed the software before I purchased it, two years ago. Thus my trial period has thoroughly expired, and I am unable to submit a support request via the form.

This is the message I get when submitting the form:

"You are not a registered user or your free technical support period has ended."

Click here and provide your registered email address. This has nothing to do with your trial version.

You can retrieve your registration certificate if you go to the Support page of the GPSoft web site.

If you still have a problem just email support or me directly.

Problem solved thank you!

For future reference, I was completely overlooking the Registration Code Retrieval link (gpsoft.com.au/DScripts/lostcode.asp) on the support page, and instead going to the Certificate Retrieval.

Sorry for bothering you with such a simple request. Thanks for the help
