Retrieving Old Custom Toolbars

I am trying to retrieve the commands from some Custom Toolbars under an old login in Windows 7. What directory can I find these?

The toolbars were there, unfortunately the commands scripts associated with those custom toolbars were not there.

Sorry, I was not clear. The custom buttons on the toolbar had scripts that ran when the button was selected. Those scripts were not there.
