Right-click on Desktop and New

I have DOpus Settings – Preferences – Launching Opus – Explorer Replacement set to

''Replace Explorer for all file system folders (recommended)."

Now, I wonder about this: If i right-click on the Desktop and click on New in the context menu, is the list I get there controlled by Opus or Windows Explorer for my setting above?

Context menus on the Desktop are generated by Explorer.
