Right click 固定到"开始"屏幕(P), there's no icon appears in the start screen, but the default Explorer works. I want to know whether it is a bug.12.25 and 12.25.3 beta have the same problems.
The "Pin to Start" menu item doesn't work anywhere outside of File Explorer. It won't work if you use File > Open in Notepad and try it from there either. It's a Windows bug.
