Script/button for creating a shortcut by getting the last file name of a folder on a level higher

I want to create a shortcut from the last file names of some folders and i want them to be created on a level higher.
Example:
//Folder 1/File 1,File 2, File 3
//Folder 2/Video 1,Video 2, Video 3
//Folder 3/Music 1,Music 2, Music 3
I want this a result, in shortcuts
//File 3, Video 3, Music 3
