I have a directory of word documents that I need to search for asterisks. Is there a way to do this with opus?

I've tried using \* for finding them but no dice.

For text files you would just search for \* and make sure the wildcards checkbox below was clear.

The reason it's not working is that Opus doesn't currently have the ability to search the contents of Word documents.

If it's just a one-off query then Explorer's search function should do the job (assuming you have Office installed).
