Select files from source to destination based on SHA-1 Checksum

I need to Delete the duplicate files. That is my goal.
I have Copy Some Files from my Portable Hard Disk in to my Local Hard Disk Drive and Rename Them. Now I Need to Delete the Unrenamed file form my Portable Hard Disk. But I have Confusion Which file I do copy and which are not. So is there any way, I just Select All my Local Hard Disk Drive Files in my Source file Display, Then All The Duplicate Files will be Automatically Select in my Destination file Display based on there SHA-1Checksum. Then I can Delete those files. or is there any other solution?

Tools > Duplicate File Finder is probably the best way to do that. Just be careful to only delete the files found on one drive and not the ones on the other.

Hi Leo I need a little bit Help. How do I Select or Mark for Delete Only from My Portable Hard Disk Drive Location from the duplicate file Collection?

If you sort the Duplicates list by the Location column and then click the Select button in the Duplicates panel, it keeps the first item of each group and marks the rest for deletion.

You can use that to influence which items are kept and which are deleted.

You'd still want to look through the list to check what was going to be deleted first.

If it helps, you could run the Duplicate finder not in "Delete mode", so it uses normal selections instead of checkboxes. You can then use Edit > Invert Selection to select only the files it proposes to keep, and then right-click one and choose "Remove from Collection" to remove those files from the list entirely. Then group & ungroup by any column to turn off grouping entirely (so it's no longer grouping by each set of duplicates), and then sort by location.

You'll then have a list of everything that you might want to delete, and you can easily see which drive everything is on, and remove any items from the drive you don't want to delete things from.
