Select first file

I´m using some "sortreverse" hotkey in my photo collection, & would like to have the first file selected (that´s a jpg), even though
there used to be a couple of folders on top of the folder. If is use "select first", that wouldn´t work, because i want to select the
first file instead. I tried @filesonly, hoping it would apply the "select first" to a file, but that doesn´t work in that way.

So i would suggest to have some "select first file" or "select first folder" command. Or "select first *.jpg" type of command.
At the moment i use a nice workaround, which contains multiple "select next" commands doing basically the same, but sometimes
my photo folders contain more than three folders (or less), so my workaround would fail selecting the first file from the directory.

Select FIRST TYPE=files

Very nice, thanks!I supposed it was possible, but there seems to be no documentation for this special bit.
Maybe we need some book "1000 secret tweaks of Directory Opus" or something similar?!

No documentation?

I have to admit, i didn´t look much into the new online docs yet, using the old PDFs, but it´s surely
a lot of new interesting stuff. thx again.

The exact same page is in the PDF docs. The F1 help, web and PDF versions are all the same (although the web/PDF versions are sometimes updated less often, but none of this stuff was added recently).
