Hello is it possible to add separate proxies per FTP site, like Total Commander, Speed Commander and SmartFTP instead of only global, this is the one feature I really miss from DOpus FTP handling.
I don't think it is. The proxy setting appears to be global.
If you'd like it to be per-site you should send the suggestion to GPSoftware.

Since my trial expired I can't send them any suggestions, is it possible for you to send them them my suggestions?

Yes, if this and and especially this [Select file(s), context menu copy to open tab (lister)) context CopyTo, MoveTo, BackupTo feature, which is highest on my priority list were added which seem like very small additions but are a major productivity boosters and crucial for me, were added or were possible to be able to script it in, I would definitely buy the app.
