"Set As Default Toolbar Set" command -- where is it?

In the online help under Toolbars & Hotkeys Improvements it says:

Use the Settings / Toolbars / Set As Default Toolbar Set command to update your default toolbar set if you want to change which toolbars are used by default.

I don't have something like "Set As Default Toolbar Set" under "Settings / Toolbars".

Thanks already for clarification where this setting can be found.

You're probably using toolbars from or based on an earlier version of Opus.

You should still be able to find the command in the menu you get when right-clicking the empty space on a toolbar.
