Set Default View Mode for Certain Folders

I have some folders that have a lot of PDFs or lots of images.

I have my default view set to "details" normally, and need to switch to thumbnails quite often.

Is there a way to simply default certain "view" modes depending on what folder I'm in?

Perhaps having some form of directoryOpus .dcf? file type sitting inside the folder

Preferences > Folders > Folders Format and add some "Path Formats" there (you can configure them as you like)

is there a way to specify all of its' subfolders to behave the same way?

I don't see that option here
