SFTP File Transfer Speeds

I'm seeing some previous comments about slow SFTP speeds.

On testing a 3.5GB file, I'm downloading between 1-7MB/s (Peak: 6.92MB/s Average: 5.22MB/s) which isn't bad, but not great either.

Using SmartFTP (incorporating threading) I consistently see averages about 24MB/s downloading and peak at about 30MB/s.

My connection is rated for 275mbps down, 15mbps up.

If possible, I'd also like to see faster speeds, and possibly integration with G Drive and Dropbox, if not already.

I purchased a software quite awhile ago that integrated SFTP, G Drive, and Dropbox... but was forced to quit using it because it was just too painfully slow. The speeds I saw at the time were horrendous, about 1/20 of what dOpus is currently achieving.

I tested it again tonight, just to see how it was doing. It's gone through two major revisions, and has SIGNIFICANTLY increased its speeds. It's on my purchase list, but would question the need for it if Directory Opus could incorporate similar features (speed, services).

Perhaps dOpus might find value in exploring it as a potential model?

Appreciate all the time an effort you invest in Directory Opus. I take a lot of pride and value in my investment with GP Software.

Many Thanks for considering!
