Using dOpus 10.5.7... just upgraded my linux box from CentOs 6 to Fedora 25, and now if I try to ftp in via ssh I get:
An error occurred reading folder: General error.
I can ssh across fine. It's hard to believe there was a substantial change to ssh, but something must have changed...

What does the ftp log show?
Aha...
Server version: SSH-2.0-OpenSSH_7.4
We claim version: SSH-2.0-PuTTY-FZ-Local: Apr 12 2014 12:11:00
Using SSH protocol version 2
Couldn't agree a client-to-server cipher (available: chacha20-poly1305@openssh.com,aes128-ctr,aes192-ctr,aes256-ctr,aes128-gcm@openssh.com,aes256-gcm@openssh.com)
SSH: Fatal: Couldn't agree a client-to-server cipher (available: chacha20-poly1305@openssh.com,aes128-ctr,aes192-ctr,aes256-ctr,aes128-gcm@openssh.com,aes256-gcm@openssh.com)
Connection closed
Though I haven't figured out what to do about it yet...
ssh -vv shows plenty of those ciphers available

You'll need a newer version of Opus to talk to that server, since the server requires newer encryption methods than were in Opus 10.
Opus 11 or Opus 12 should work with it.
