Showing tEXt chunks of PNGs?

I'll keep it pithy: Can Directory Opus display the fields stored in tEXt chunks of PNG images?

Currently it can display the Author, Copyright and Software fields.

Hmm.. where is this exposed? It doesn't seem to show anything in the tooltip when you hover over a file, and I don't see anything obvious in the image viewer either.

Add the appropriate columns to the Lister in details mode to see them. You can also add them to the tooltip yourself (they're not there by default).

Hmmm, I'm at a loss on this one then. I added a few columns but don't see anything - I added Author from Special and Documents (also tried Arist from Pictures just in case), and Copyright from Pictures. I don't see Software listed anywhere.

I also edited my file types and for PNG under System File Types, on the Info Tip tab, I put:

HEY BITCHEZZZ!
Copyright: {copyright}
Author: {author}
Software: {software}
Artist: {mp3artist}
Shell Author: {sh:author}
Shell Author 1: {sh:author1}

(again 'software' wasn't in the list but I typed it in to see what would happen). When I hover over a PNG file I see my "HEY BITCHEZZZ!" text but nothing else appears. I also removed that and edited the File Type Gropus/Images entry and put the same at the end of all the fields already there, and again I see the dimention/depth, the thumbnail, and then my 'HEY BITCHEZZZ' text but nothing else.

?? I attached a sample PNG which has all three fields you mentioned previously filled in (Author/Copyright/Software).

Sorry to be a pain but I'm trying to investigate the possibility of tagging PNG frames coming out of my renderfarm so that I can easily tell what computer rendered what image - being able to quickly see this in Opus would be great so I don't have to write a separate plugin or app to show it to me.

I can't get the text fields to show up either. I've put it in the bug database for further investigation as it is supposed to work.
