Small issue deleting a folder when a file within is in use

For reproducing:

  1. Open a file (e.g. exe) within a folder you want to delete.
  2. Deleting the folder will now show DO's dialog, that a file is in use.
  3. Close the used file.
  4. Select "retry" in dialog.
  5. File will be deleted, but the folder remains.

This works as expected for me, both file and folder are deleted.

I've confirmed it when deleting without the recycle bin.

Yes, recycle-bin is off.
