Smart selection on folder renaming doesn't work!?

We have many folders having a dot in the name. Unfortunately the smart selection features (e.g. pressing F2 multiple times) don't work when renaming folders.

A folder called "Projects.bak" should provide the same power features for inline renaming as a file called "Picture.png" does!?

No, as folders do not use the notion of extensions. Your '.bak' is the same as fe '-backup'

Yes, and I would appreciate if DOpus would do so at least for the renaming. :slight_smile:
