Sorry if this has been asked/answered, I searched, but couldn't find the post where Jon (or Leo?) said it was a Windows bug. Just wanted to see if there was any update.
{smp3} / {tmp3}... {h!} (in the status bar)
Works some of the time, shows 00:00 most of the time (I toggle it on and off). Easy to fix, just restart Opus, and voila.
Any workaround or alternative?
Probably means the metadata thread is getting stuck on a file, which is usually (although not always) due to a bad video codec/splitter encountering a file it doesn't like.
If you send us some process snapshots made while the problem is happening, we may be able to tell you which component is going wrong, and possibly which file is causing it as well.
