I have been using the trial version for a while and found it useful, so I decided to purchase the product. When I open the program, it freezes and will not allow me to click on anything, I have to open the task manager to close the program, when I reopen it the same thing happens

the one thing I noticed is that in the program close button (the X in the upper right corner) when I hover over it with the mouse, it blinks red continuosly. I have since got it to open properly

I wish I knew. When I first experienced the problem I had to open the task manager about 5 times to close out the program, after that it has open just fine
