Software does not work after a period of inactivity

For nearly a week now, after the computer has been idle overnight, there is no response to clicking on the software again, nor can I use the software to open folders.

If you can follow the instructions here to generate a process snapshot and send it to us, we may be able to see what's causing the process to hang.
