Following options come to my mind

'clean mode' - no cursor, no icons, just the images

option to have the arrow mode doing right click for forward, left click backward, without having to move the cursor over to those sides accordingly

another option to have the ratings at the top right side. Doesn't have to be configurable, just as an info. Or, as an alternative, include the ratings into the F1 info window (unless it's possible already, but i believe it isn't)
