As far as the write protection is involved, it's also the same in Windows Explorer.
I have tried lxp's line of code, not a filter. But that code should work anyway.
I have encountered this problem when using an HDD taken from an old computer as an external drive. Try taking ownership of the drive through the Drive or Folder Properties.

Sometimes I still get an 'Access Denied' pop up for files, then I 'Attempt to gain access' and it usually works. This is often related to specific folders that are protected by the particular company that locked them down for whatever reason. For example lots of my music software folders gives me pop ups. Is there any DRM on your files?
There's some good tutorials on permissions. But I think your Windows has an issue.

So, is anyone here, who actually does understand this filter system? I don't. So, please, can anyone show me, how to set this filter? I don't want to filter from inside the folders, but from the outside, because i want to save the time to go in and out in those filters.
i select, for example, the folder 16-Jan-25 (select only, don't open). And the filter should delete all JPG content inside the subfolder 'Original', except the name contains the word 'Zwischenablage*'.
The letter part is new in my question, but i also can't figure out, how to delete all JPGs in that subfolder, while having that exception.
EDIT: maybe it's not possible at all, to apply a filter from the outside, just having selected the folder?
The only events I see are for filetypes. I don't think there is a path event, but that would be cool.
So I don't think you could select a folder and that action of selecting it would run a command, unless I'm mistaken. Maybe there is a script for that.

Yes, that would be very handy. Because going into a folder, waiting until the file type filters are applied, which takes a while (in this case, giving the JPGs their coloring), then leaving the folder (plus of course the deleting actions) takes up much time, when dealing with maybe 1,400 folders, shich are yet to be processed, is very tedious.
That's why i have bumped this thread. And lxp's code doesn't work, because of that permissions issue on my machine, which is kind of strange, since i can delete those superfluous files manually.
And that other part with the !x, i have no idea what it means. scratching head.
In the folder formats you can add a hide filter.
So you said it's a removable drive. You can make a custom path format for it.
Then add that particular folder name 'Zwischenablage' and it will be hidden by default when you go into that drive.
You would have to click on the 'show hidden' to show that folder again. Which is helpful to delete everything else, but is annoying if you want to see it every time.
So it depends on how long it takes to load that folder. If you don't care about columns because you're just deleting things you can also make sure the columns that are shown are scarce for that drive only, to help a little bit.
Well, it's 1,400 folders altogether, which would make just as many custom paths, i guess. 
And Zwischenablage is part of a file's name, not a folder (it's the default name for a clipboard item).
One thing you can do is use Void Tool's 'Everything' for indexing searches.
You can add this path to the inclusion area. And enable 'fast search'.
I've recently added my removable drives to this index. It hasn't seemed to improve the read speed for some reason. I haven't followed up on that yet. Make sure not to remove the drive when it's indexing.
I'm looking at this delete filter thing. I'm interested in it too.
I'm afraid i can't do that, without breaking other stuff.
I'm 100% relying on Everything's index for all my searches, including images, tags, ratings and some EXIF data. So, all i can hope for, is that GP will include that path event sometime later.
I recently have completely removed the Windows indexer and re-configured all my custom search buttons.
