Is there any simple way in the standalone viewer to indicate which photos have been rated (5 stars or whatever)? I currently rate every photo I plan to upload to flickr with 5 stars and have a label/label assignment that makes it clear within a lister which ones have been selected to be uploaded to flickr, or have already been uploaded to flickr.

There are enough similar-looking photos that when I'm going through a directory with the standalone viewer that I'm not always sure which ones made the grade already.

You may recall that some time ago a couple of people including me suggested it might be nice to have the standalone viewer INFO display be user-configurable like infotips... that too would solve my particular approach for this and other things I'm doing with photos.

Preferences / Viewer / Appearance / Show status icons, lets you see status icon labels in the viewer.

Adding %L to the viewer's titlebar setting in the same page can also show the label name in the titlebar.
