Confirmed & thanks for reporting it. It may be a while before we get to this as it needs some thought on how to make the feature work better, possibly by storing the pinned information in a different place instead of using labels (since labels are not calculated until files are displayed), but we agree the feature isn't working right.

since the bug was reported.
