Using the latest stable, also tried beta 13.12:
When copying a file to my phones download folder (mtp:// destination) the copied file shows in Opus with a ?xxxx?| in front of the real filename. Only doing a manual refresh on the view shows that the file was copied fine and has the right name.
Found another related issue about file path copying, that explained that the prefix would be the "real MTP" folder names ...
I think those should not be shown after copying and an automatic refresh should be triggered.
I can´t remember to have seen that issue with some version back ....screenshot attached.
