I go to Customize mode, uncheck Start group for "Odstęp" spacer and accept change.
Then I go back to Customize mode and the option is back.
This seems to happen not only for spacer, and it seems to me sometimes when I set Start group for a toolbar element, it is set for a neighbouring item instead.
Can you zip up that toolbar file and attach it (assuming there's nothing private in the comnands/paths/etc. it uses)?
Here it is. A bit messy, because it is a draft toolbar. You can play with Start group of visible items to observe the issue.

We've fixed that for the next update. The Properties FORMATLIST command would always add a separator after itself, even when there shouldn't be one.
