Stupid Question: Win+E Open New Opus Window?

Sorry but I'm not finding this in the forum search and I think it used to work... I usually use WIN+E to open Opus, but instead of just bringing the current Opus window to the foreground I would prefer WIN+E opens a New Opus window.

I've checked the settings several times, searched the forum, and I'm not finding it

If you search your -> settings -> customize -> keys section, you will find Shift-Win-E the shortcut to open a new lister (it's a global option). You could try to change it there to Win-E.

By default, Win+E launches the My Computer / This PC folder. If Opus is the default file manager then it will launch it in Opus; otherwise in Explorer. The default Win+E hotkey comes from Windows.

You can try overriding the Win+E hotkey with Opus but it may not work reliably as Windows may intercept it at a very low level. See if it works on your setup but, if it doesn't, using another hotkey is advised. (Win+Shift+E is what Opus uses as an alternative, by default, as Abr says.)

That makes sense... WIN + E was working to launch Opus once, but WIN+E again just focuses the same Opus window...

I have to do WIN+SHIFT+E to open a new lister, even though per @abr suggestion I did just add WIN+E as an alternative global shortcut to WIN+SHIFT+E for opening a new lister.

Not quite ideal, but at least I understand... Odd thing is that I think it worked before on Opus 11, but it could be the Windows 10 beta build issue that changed it. Sounds a bit unpredictable.
