I rip my CDs to my RAID1 array in lossless FLAC format. FLAC is the de facto standard lossless format (if you are not a part of Apple's walled garden, that is). The music properties metadata fields are a nice feature, and it would be nice to have that for FLAC files.
How did you get that lister display? I was reading the DO help file and it says that there is only support for mp3 and wma, so I posted the suggestion because I don't see the view you show above.
