I'm not sure exactly what you're asking for here, sorry.
1, 3 and 4 are all already there. (4 depends on how Preferences / Viewer / Mouse Buttons is configured.)
For 2 the buttons are either in the configurable toolbar at the top, or you can also have them in the old fixed toolbar at the bottom, but not in the status bar.

Thanks Leo, you are right.
Opus can implement these features, all four. The buttons can be replaced with mouse wheel.
I use and research Opus for a long time every day, but I ignore the Image viewer settings. After resetting, Image viewer is more perfect than I want.
Opus is a magical software that always surprises me.
