I have a suggestion. If I use the Advanced Rename Dialog, it's to perform an advanced rename, not a basic rename. Can you add arguments to Rename ADVANCED that let us choose 1) which field is active (I would prefer to have Old Name active so I can either enter text to replace or begin a regex pattern), and 2) which Type is active (I would prefer to start have Find And Replace as the default).
Not a huge deal, but it would save a Shift-Tab to select New Name, then an extra Tab and Down Arrow to select Find And Replace.
I would also be able to set a different hotkey for Regex Rename. Since the New Name field only allows certain characters when Regex Rename is selected, if I want to do a regex rename I have to first tab down to the Type, select Regex Rename, then Shift-Tab back up to the top to begin type my pattern. Going into the dialog with certain fields already set would save several keystrokes.
