Sync Problem With Android

On my Windows 7 PC, I am building all my MP3s into neat folders with accurate artists names. The reason is a use my Android as a MP3 player and when the folder and file names match the album artwork gets downloaded.

The problem is I cannot really 'sync' as when I use Opus it will see ALL files as needed overwriting and will copy everything. This can take well over an hour.

At my PC I will edit the MP3 info with another program and after doing a 'batch' I will want to sync but now I have to run the operation at night when I go to bed.

Is there anyway for Opus not to update EVERY file?

You can use the option to skip identical files, unless the device has not preserved their data (size) or timestamps.

If the size/timestamps have changed, you could use flat view in Opus to show all the MP3 files and then use Edit -> Select Advanced to only select files modified recently, then copy just those ones over.
