Could you be more specific? What sort of synchronization do you want? (One way or two way? Delete files that aren't in the source, or leave them be? How should files be compared, by date/size or by contents? etc.)

i need to make an image from My USB Drive then i need to Synchronize in tow way
Delete files that aren't in the source
compare files by date and size and contents
And need to know the command
For a two-way sync it doesn't make sense to delete files not in the source (both sides are sources). It also only makes sense to compare by date since if any other attributes, or file contents, differ then there's no way to decide which file to keep and which to copy over.
To clarify, a two-way sync is when you have two directories which both may have new/updated files that the other doesn't have and you want to end up with both directories having all the newest files.
A one-way sync is when you have an old copy of a directory and you want to update it from a new copy, overwriting or deleting files in the old directory according to your criteria. (The destination may not really be "old", but it's one you want to overwrite with the aim that it looks like the source.)
Have you had a look at the Synchronize tool in Opus? This handles synchronization via a GUI.
If you've looked at the GUI but want to make a button which performs a pre-defined sync operation with a single click then this may be possible, but at the moment the commands for synchronizing aren't as flexible as the GUI is, so it depends on exactly what you want to do.
The Copy command has UPDATEALL and UPDATEEXISTING arguments which make it do types of one-way synchronization, and some of the other more general arguments may also be useful (e.g. for fixing the source and destination directories so that you don't have to navigate to your USB drive before pressing the button).
