I am seeing something that's been happening in the last few versions (I'm on 13.3 now) that I believe is because of something I've done. When I right-click just about any file or folder, DOpus locks up and I have to End Task on it. I'm wondering how best to troubleshoot this.

When Opus is locked up, take a manual process snapshot and send it to us, and we'll hopefully be able to see why it's happening.
There's also a guide to tracking this down, if you want to try working it out. It's almost always caused by third-party shell extensions that add items to the context menu:
OK, it took a few days to get DOpus to lock up 5 times, but here's 5 dumps. The link is pointing to my Google drive shared folder;

There's about 2.2GB of files in it.
The problem is caused by this component:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Instant Housecall\Specialist\MenuExtension64.dll
You can block it via Preferences / Miscellaneous / Shell Extensions.
Wow, I'm impressed. It took you all of 60 minutes to find the problem and get back to me.
If I can think of it, I'll confirm that the problem is gone in a few days.
Can't thank you enough. I have never seen a program like DOpus, and I go way back to the Norton File Manager days. You guys have opened so much of this program up for customization for nerds like me. And I appreciate every bit.
