Text of lowest thumbnails cut off

XP SP2 (otherwise uptodate) Fresh install of ver.9 (on top of ver.8, settings imported)

The Problem is:
See below how the text below the bottom thumbnails is cut off even though I'm scrolled down as far as I can go
Just noticed:
when I select the file, the thumbnail shifts up so I can see it's name etc.
when I deselect the file, I can still scroll down & see the text.
But if I select a file above the bottom row, I can again no longer see the text of lowest thumbnails.

Kenalcock gave me a list of queries:

Q: Can you reliably recreate these results? If so, what are the steps to recreate them?
[ul]I've just installed Opus9 over version8, (two days ago now). My settings were imported.
So far, I always have these results - the only way I can see that text is by selecting the file.[/ul]
Q: What happens when you adjust the thumbnail size?
[ul]No change to situation.
I had added the Thumbnail slider to my main toolbar before I noticed the problem (i.e. dont know if that a factor in the problem). So I set thumbnail size to default & removed the Thumbnail slider - No change again.[/ul]
Q: What happens when you close any open toolbars?
[ul]No change - removed all toolbars & menu. Toggled thumbnail view (using custom shortcut). No change still[/ul]
Q: What happens when you resize the lister window?
[ul]No change[/ul]
Q: What happens when you toggle dual file display mode between horizontal and vertical layout?
[ul]No change[/ul]
Also tried restarting the programme. Will try a reboot - No change
The only other idea I had was to change the configuration - is there a way to change config to defaults ? (I couldnt find any...)

Please post a screenshots of Settings -> Preferences -> Lister Display Modes -> Thumbnails Mode.

Also, still in the Preferences window, go to Display -> Colors & Fonts, expand the Fonts part of the list and tell us what's set for the File display and the Thumbnail labels fonts.

(If you see anything that looks wrong in either place, please take a screenshot before changing it, that way if you change the setting and find it fixes things for you we can still investigate it further and ensure it doesn't go wrong for anyone else.)

Fonts > File Display: Tahoma 8 pt normal
Fonts > Thumbnail lables: Microsoft Sans Serif 8pt normal

Thank you.

I can reproduce the problem now and I've sent a bug report to GPSoftware about it.

You can fix things by changing the second Spacing value (currently 30) to a smaller number, e.g. 5. Seems that large vertical spacing values are causing Opus to incorrectly calculate the height of the last row of thumbnails.

no, Thank YOU Leo!
I dont know had I changed that setting since the upgrade (didnt think so, otherwise I would have tried changing it back). Even a setting of 20 corrects the problem

Many thanks again for your help and for reporting it
