The ability to not name a created folder in the folder list has returned in 13.21

When selecting New > Folder in the left folder pane, it creates a "New Folder" without the option of naming it.
This was reported previously and was fixed, but has now returned in 13.21

CreateFolder works here requesting a new name. What command is in your button?

Can't reproduce now so closing

Does it depend on which folder you right-click in the tree?

I can see a problem when right-clicking a top-level item like Desktop or Profile (username), while it works if I right-click a folder below that.

Not sure. I did it once, it didn't work, and again, it did work.
I put it down to my user error.
