Tiny Fonts on Some Menus

Greetings everyone!

In the process of moving my main installation to a new laptop, I am struggling with fonts.
The resolution is higher than I am used to, and I have set "larger fonts 125%" in Win 7.
I have resized all the fonts I could find in Opus Prefs. But some menus still have tiny fonts. On the screenshot, see how the Folder menu, that whole menu bar and everything underneath is smaller than the rest? The menu items are also smaller than the items in the toolbar just below (Del, Conv etc). Is this something that can be changed within Opus prefs? Or just a function of my resolution?

The default toolbar font and size is specified in Preferences in the same place as all the other fonts.

If that isn't affecting certain toolbars, they are probably overriding the default font setting. That can be changed via the Customize window, Toolbar tab.
