I notice it is a little behind, Office 2007 has been out for awhile now 2010 is out so tool bar list should reflect this should it not. Just a newbie to OPUS 9 so I might be asking a silly question
Which toolbar / list do you mean?
The "Office" toolbar (with buttons to launch Word, Excel, etc.) should work with all versions of Office.
No go to preferences you have tool bar styles Office 2003 and standard as your choice for styles. This is what i am talking about
What would the Office 2007 or 2010 toolbar/menu styles look like? (Office 2007 and 2010 don't really have toolbars or menus.

The name refers to a visual style first introduced in Office 2003, it isn't specifically locked to having Office 2003 installed or anything. Just because new versions of Office come out doesn't change the fact that the style is based on Office 2003.
