Toolbar Customize screen is blank. DO13.9 & 13.10

Right click toolbar and select Customize
Typically brings blank screen (full screen) showing only icon - CUstomize Directory Opus (left)
and window controls (right).

Sometimes the blank screen comes up with the correct customize dialog overlaying part of it. Other times the blank screen shows momentatily followed by the correct screen. Occasionally, the blank screen come up with about 1/4 of the correct screen showing on the left edge.

Windows 11 (latest) four Quad HD monitors. DO is on monitor #4. customized screen shows uo on monitor #3.

Please show a screenshot.

Are you using an ARM laptop, or anything similar?

Are any tools installed which change the way other software looks or behaves, or adds buttons to titlebars, or anything like that?

Computer is a desktop (Asus motherboard) several years old. i7 processor, 64GM RAM.

No other such issues. No appearance changging software.

Whenever I click toolbar customize it may come up different. Sometimes the correct dialog is showing. Other times it is not. Usually, when it shows it shows as partial on one edge of the screen.

I also notice that the full-screen - part-screen icon at the top right of the window is Is working in reverse. The full screen icon makes it smaller and the parts screen icon makes it full. None of the several of the programs I have have this issue

Looks like a non-standard window theme in your screenshots (unless that’s still Windows 8? Looks most like that), which could be where it’s going wrong.

Folowup:
Customize has worked fine on this machine over the years that I have had it. Hardware setup has not changed. However, I'm not certain that it has worked since I installed Windows 11 a few months ago. Thus, it might be a Windows 11 issue.

You haven't answered Leo's question. What tools do you have installed that change the appearance of the standard window frame?

Nothing that has not been in place for years. The only display affecting tool I have is Fences (desktop organizer). It's on monitor #1. DO is on monitor #4. It has never affecte the operation of other programs.

The window frame doesn’t look like the standard Windows 11 window frame. There must be something else installed that’s changing that?

Another thing worth trying:

  • Close the Customize window if it's open, and wait a few seconds.

  • Paste /dopuslocaldata/State Data/windowstate.osd into the location bar in Opus and push return.

  • Delete the windowstate.osd file, which should be selected already from the previous step.

If that doesn't help, I would still look in the direction of the tool that's changing the window frames, and see if the problem happens with it disabled.

That did something. When I delete windowstate.osd (move & rename). Customize usualy come up correct the first time. Subsequent tries are messed up. This sequence repeats wherever I delete windowstate.osd. Either way, correct or not, some other screens come up and disappear very quickly followed by the final screen.

Update.
With four monitors I use DisplayFusion to put various programs and dialogs on various monitors with various sizes and positions. Five of these dealt with DO and associated dialogs. This worked fine with windows 7 and Windows 10. However Windows 11 has screwed up a number of things. My favorite text editor that I've been using for decades doesn't work right any more. I'm havding to replace it. I disabled 4 DO controls in DisplayFusion and reworked the conditions on the 5th. Customize worked fine afterwards. Maybe it's fixed now.

Thank you for your help.
