Toolbar List on Lister Context not showing active toolbars

I copy/pasted the Toolbars menu item from the default Menu toolbar to my cutomised Lister Context menu. When the former is clicked (1st screen grab) active toolbars are highlighted but not when the latter is clicked (2nd screen grab).
