Is there a way to exclude certain locations from 'Smart Favorites'?
For eg. almost all my ROOT directories are listed in smart favorites.. which is a bit messy for me
I don't think you can but maybe changing some of the activity weightings under Preferences -> Favorites & Recent -> SmartFavorites would avoid those folders being added? Depends why they are being added, though.
(Put Transit Folder to zero if it isn't already. Otherwise the root folders will be collecting points when you just move through them on the way to other folders.)

Is it because of 'Double Click' which was assigned 10 points? ..I often go to the root directories using the Drive Bar
I have now changed it to zero!
..oops! I think it means 'double click' of 'files' contained within.. right?
What is 'Show/Play'? ..does it mean previewing in the preview pane ..or something else?
What is 'Run External'?
