I have had a case of accidentally deleting a folder from a SD card, which is not available in my Undo list. From reading Opus documentation, it appears that an ‘internal delete’ has occurred even though the recycle where possible box has been ticked. I suspect that the SD card is not a candidate for recycling.
Is there any way I could recover the files?

A recycle bin isn't usually available on SD Cards and other removable drives.
You may be able to recover some or all of the files using an undelete tool, if more data hasn't been written to the device.
