Unable to apply special holiday discount

Hi,

I received an email yesterday containing a coupon code which would allow me to upgrade from Opus v10 to v11 at a discounted price. After I logged into my GPSoft account, clicked on the 'upgrade' option, filled out the first required forms, (the second page showing the correct discounted amount) and clicked 'Preview', the full, non-discounted price is still shown as well as; 'Discount applied: No discount applies'. Attempting to enter the coupon code in the 'discount code' box in the 3rd screen does not work.

Could someone please assist me with this issue?
