I have files that have turned into zip files. I need to undo this!!! I did not due this!!! I have some very important files that I can not access because I do not have the passcode.
Opus doesn't just spontaneously turn files into Zip files. If they're password-encrypted and you don't know the password then there's not much we can do to help.
If documents have turned into encrypted archives without you doing it yourself, you might have ransomware on your system.
