Uninstalling licensed copy of DO from computer no longer being used

Do I have to remove license prior to uninstalling? When I go to Help>license manager, it displays my registration code, registered email (of IT mngr no longer with company) and says I have 5 licenses.

What should I do when we have to reimage pc or deploy to user who doesn't want/need DO?

A normal uninstall should be all you need to do.
