It may depend what you're doing to open the window, but...
If it isn't automatically remembering the tabs you had open in the last window you closed then:
Use Settings > Set as Default Lister to save the tabs you want to open when you open a new window.
Note that the Default Lister does not open any of your Folder Tab Groups. It saves and restores its own list of tabs. But you can load a tab group and then re-save the Default Lister to make it the same.

Hi leo, well it worked when closed and restarted but not after rebooting the PC - its back , so 'set as default lister' wasnt retained ......
What are your settings under Preferences / Launching Opus / Startup, and Default Lister?
Changed now to default lister
