Hello,
I've installed version 13 and restored the configuration that I had in version 12, but when I start Opus one of the folders I have on a partition is locked and won't let me write to that folder. I can read and copy what's in the folder but I can't write to it.
How can I unlock it?
What is the error message when you try to change the folder?
Does the same happen in File Explorer and other software, or just in Opus?
Hello Leo,
No problem in File Explorer.
The error message that appears is:
D:\Vários
You don´t have permissions to save in this location.
Contact Administrator to get permission.
It´s happens only in that folder.
No problem in any other folder.
That screenshot doesn’t look like it’s from Opus? Can we see the full screen? It look like a file save dialog in another program, which has no connection to Opus if so.
Hello Leo,
I don´t why and how but today I try to made another screenshot to show and the problem disappears.
If the problem returns I came back here.
Thank you.
I don’t think what you were seeing involved Opus. Looked like something that was happening when a web browser or PDF viewer saved things.
