Unwanted name truncation issue

Issue: sometimes, when I open a file from the lister, the names are truncated upon returning to the lister. If the name is over 8 or so characters, the lister outputs the first 6 followed by a numeral (~1, ~2, etc.)

To fix the issue, I have to kill dopus completely, and restart it. Just closing the individual lister does not remedy it.

I couldn't find any similar queries on the forums, but if you could link me to a similar problem's solution, that would be great.

That is usually caused by trying to bypass the licence checks in Opus, or something left-over from a point in time where you had done so in the past.

If you need more assistance, ask via GPSoftware: Support Request so that you can prove you have a legit licence etc.

That's what I was afraid of. I really enjoy the tool, but can't see blowing 4 months' allowance on it :frowning:

Maybe once I get a job in high school.
