My DOpus updates constantly fail and are SUPER slow to download. it was the same going from 12.3 to 12.4
I have checked the application is allowed through the firewall, so the problem lies elsewhere.
I did a search, but couldn't find anything addressing this.
I would really like this issue resolved.
...also, why are the tags so limited?
The update server seems fast for us, testing from a few different countries.
What speeds do you get when downloading the update from our website? It is exactly the same installer so you can always download it that way if needed.
Antivirus scanners and firewall software may slow things down if they are scanning the installer as it is downloaded or written to disk. They may treat dopus.exe differently to your web browser as well.
