Updating without rebooting

Hey,

As a longtime user (well, since it was an Amiga product!) I would just like to express my gratitude for your continued development and support of this product. It's better than ever!

Lately, I've noticed that I no longer need to reboot to install the newest version and that works brilliantly! Today, however, it closed my Visual Studio Code when it upgraded - I'm a bit baffled why it would do this. This doesn't take away from the things I just wrote above, just wanted to let you know.

If there's a better way to give feedback, than here, do let me know and I shall abide.

Soren

Thanks!

Opus is the only process we close down in the installer. Others shouldn't need to close. Maybe it was a coincidence? Let us know if it happens again (that goes for others reading the thread too, of course), and we'll see if we can find anything, but there shouldn't be any interaction between the installer and VSC. (VSC may have an old version of our DLL loaded, but we just rename that and put the new one in its place.)

Was VSC doing anything at the time, or just in the background?
