Upgrade sent to inactive email

When I upgraded my v9.x.x.x license to v10, I had forgotten to change email to a current and good email. Since I no longer have access to the email address I originally used to register, and the old product key won't work to get into the "My Account" page, I have no way to change my info.

Any help would be appreciated.
