Upper folder represented as .. in top of panels possible?

Is it possible to have 2 dots, like TC has, in the top of panels?

As I use Home and End very often to navigate between folders, I would like to have this functionality exactly the same way TC has.

Anyone know how to implement this?

And to define hotkeys: Help -> Keyboard Map

The action buttons at the top of the dialog allow you to create a new Hotkey or edit an existing one by selecting the New, Duplicate or Edit buttons.
